Under the Police Integrity Commission Act 1996 applicants who are current or former sworn NSW Police Officers are not eligible for employment with the Commission.
The Police Integrity Commission’s conditions of employment are set by individual Employment Agreements. Staff are generally employed on a contract basis pursuant to Chapter 1A of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002.
